How does the subscription work?
Fresheo is a weekly subscription box. Each week you receive a box with your selection of meals and products. You can change your selection, pause or cancel every week. There is no commitment.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, your box needs to reach a €75 minimum per delivery. Beyond that, you decide how big your box is: add as many meals and products as you like.
When will my box be delivered?
You choose your delivery day: Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. You'll receive a reminder before every delivery.
Until when can I change my box?
You can change your meals, pause or cancel up to Tuesday 11:59 PM in the week before your delivery, from your account.
Do I have to order every week?
No. You can skip a week or pause your subscription anytime before the weekly deadline. Your subscription simply resumes when you want.
How do I manage my subscription?
Everything happens in your account: change your box contents, delivery day, skip, pause or cancel, all in a few clicks.
